Perhaps best known as co-founder of The Home Depot, Arthur Blank is now widely recognized for his diverse businesses. Recipient of the 2024 Sports Business Journal’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his immense industry impact and named by ESPN as the 2021 Sports Philanthropist of the Year, Blank is a tireless advocate of using purpose and profit hand-in-hand to benefit the communities around him.

Greg Beadles
President and CEO
Originally beginning his career with the Atlanta Falcons as an intern after earning a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and master’s degree from Georgia State University, Beadles started his 32nd year (2026) with the club being named President and Chief Executive Officer. In his more than three decades with the organization, Beadles has been instrumental in concepting and developing AMBSE into one of the most respected multi-property sports and entertainment companies globally.

Matt Ryan
President of Football
Former NFL MVP and CBS Sports Analyst Matt Ryan was named the Atlanta Falcon’s President of Football on Jan. 10, 2026.Â
Ryan oversees all aspects of Falcons football for the organization, including oversight of the head coach and general manager positions, reporting directly to Atlanta Falcons Owner and Chairman Arthur M. Blank while collaborating with Falcons President and CEO Greg Beadles to ensure alignment of the entire business and football areas of the organization.

Ian Cunningham
General Manager
Cunningham arrives in Atlanta after four seasons (2022-25) with the Chicago Bears as assistant general manager with his time in the Windy City culminating in the Bears' NFC North title in 2025.Â
During his time in Chicago as assistant general manager, four players acquired earned three All-Pro honors and four Pro Bowl selections in Kevin Byard, Drew Dalman, Montez Sweat and Joe Thuney. The 2025 Chicago offense finished sixth in the NFL in total offense with 13 of 15 players who played at least 400 snaps acquired during Cunningham's tenure.
