COLLEGE

Played in 38 games for the Spartans, including 37 straight between 2013 and 2015.

During his senior season, blocked for a team that averaged 27.9 points per game, 182.9 rushing yards per game and 221.7 passing yards per game. Was one of four co-captains on last year’s team and was a four-time academic all-conference honoree.

Played in all 13 games in 2014 and anchored a unit that had three freshman starters. Named the team’s Scholar-Athlete for the third year in a row.

One of three offensive linemen to play and start all 12 games in 2013. Was a key member of an offensive line that helped set a school record, averaging 493.2 yards of total offense per game.

Helped lead Hutchinson Community College to a 9-3 record and a win in the 2012 Salt City Bowl. Collared 83 tackles (25 solo), averaging 6.9 tackles per game. Recorded eight tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, four passes defensed and one fumble recovery. Also returned an interception 34 yards for a touchdown.

A versatile offensive lineman at Chaparral High in Scottsdale, Ariz. Led his teams to a combined 27-1 win-loss record in 2009 and 2010 in Class 5A2 competition. As a senior, was an all-state selection by multiple outlets and was a first team all-city and all-region player.
