2015 (Falcons)



Played in 12 games with three starts during his rookie season. Logged 87 carries for 392 yards with one touchdown. Also added two catches for 14 yards as a receiver out of the backfield.

Totaled 80 yards on 20 carries against Philadelphia (9/14). His 80 rushing yards were the most by a Falcons rookie since RB Jerious Norwood ran for 107 yards against the Washington Redskins.

Scored his first career touchdown, punching in a 1-yard run, at New York (9/20). Recorded 32 yards on nine carries before leaving the game with a rib injury.

Posted a game-high 17 carries and 48 rushing yards against Indianapolis (11/22). Helped the Falcons rush for at least 100 yards for the eighth time this season.

Had a career day against Minnesota (11/29), rushing for 110 yards on 18 carries while averaging 6.1 yards per carry. Recorded his first career 100-yard game giving Atlanta a 100-yard rusher in five games this season.

College



Played in 33 games for the Hoosiers and logged 3,219 yards on 452 carries. He averaged 7.1 yards per carry and 97.5 yards per game, while tallying 28 touchdowns.

In 2014, he became the 18th player in FBS history to reach 2,000 rushing yards in a single season. He recorded 2,036 yards, and averaged 169.7 rushing yards per game, finishing the season with 11 100-yard rushing games.

His specatacular 2014 season allowed him to finish seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting, and he was a finalist for the Doak Walker Award. He also earned first team All-Big Ten honors and served as a team captain for the Hoosiers.

He set a single game rushing record with 307 rushing yards on 32 carries against Rutgers in 2014.

In 2013, he rushed for 958 yards on 131 carries and averaged 106.4 rushing yards per game with 12 touchdowns . He also tallied 1,275 all-purpose yards and earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors, as well as Indiana’s Corby Davis Memorial Award as the team’s most outstanding running back.

During his freshman year in 2013, he was named to the freshman All-Big Ten team, and rushed for 225 yards on 51 carries and one touchdown. He led the Hoosiers in kick return yards with 566 on 24 returns. Also scored on a career-long 96-yard return touchdown.


Personal



He attended Oak Forest High School and played running back, wide receiver and cornerback.

He was named the Pepsi-Cola/Southtown Star as well as teh Suburban Conference and Daily Southtown Player of the Year.

He was selected as a first team all-state choice after rushing for 949 yards on 83 carries with 13 touchdowns.
