Devonta Freeman returns to practice in limited capacity

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – After missing all of last week's practices and game on Monday night with a concussion, Atlanta's Pro Bowl running back Devonta Freeman will return to practice on Thursday in limited action.

Freeman remains in the protocol but will be able to do some things in practice, head coach Dan Quinn said.

After no contact at practice, the Falcons will have their normal Thursday practice. Punter Matt Bosher (groin) and tackle Ty Sambrailo (hamstring) won't practice today for the second straight day.
