Falcons Release OT Tyson Clabo

The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have released tackle Tyson Clabo (designated as a post June 1 release).

"Unfortunately, we had to make another difficult decision regarding our roster today," said Falcons Head Coach Mike Smith. "Tyson was a valuable contributor to our football team during his time here and we appreciate everything he did for this team and in the community."

Clabo, 6-6, 329 pounds, was originally signed by the Denver Broncos as a college free agent on April 26, 2004. Signed to the Falcons practice squad on September 21, 2005 and was re-signed by the Falcons on January 2, 2006. Clabo has started all 101 games in which he has appeared for the Falcons, including all 16 games in each of the last five seasons.
