CAREER

  • Drafted by the New England Patriots in the seventh round (219th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft
  • In the Patriots’ first preseason game of the 2018 season, he completed two of five passes for 21 yards and no touchdowns
  • In the Patriots' final preseason game of the 2018 season, he went 18-32 for 157 yards with one touchdown pass and two interceptions. He also ran for 113 yards on seven carries, including an 86-yard touchdown run
  • Holds the record for longest quarterback run in Patriots preseason history
  • Won Super Bowl LIII with the Patriots when they defeated the Los Angeles Rams 13-3

COLLEGE

  • Spent his freshman and sophomore season's (2014-2015) at Purdue where he started in a total of 12 games and had 16 touchdowns
  • Transferred to LSU for his junior and senior seasons (2016-2017) where he started in 23 games, passed for 4,586 yards and 27 touchdowns
