Biography

Mike Gilsenan begins his 13th season with the team and has more than 20 years of experience in the sports ticketing industry. As the Director of Ticket Operations for the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium included among his responsibilities is the seat inventory management of Falcons tickets (home and away games), Super Bowl seat inventory management, oversight of season ticket receivables, parking coordination with GWCC and downtown parking operators, implementing 3rd party ticketing technology integration and ticketing system advancements, as well as, directing the Atlanta United FC and Mercedes-Benz Stadium efforts in the areas of seat manifest creation, inventory management and financial invoicing. He joined the Falcons in 2005 following a 10-year career with the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes where he was the Director of Ticket Operations. Mike started his career in sports in 1995 with the Hartford Whalers as a ticket sales intern and sales executive. When the team later relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, he helped create and manage the team’s ticket operations in the newly built RBC Center, now PNC Arena. Raised in Connecticut, he received his BA in History from Clemson University. Mike and his wife, Keri, are proud parents of Mackenzie (14) and Jack (15). The Gilsenans reside in Powder Springs, Georgia.
