Biography

Debbie Knowlan enters her eighth season with the Falcons after joining the team in November of 2008 as the director of season ticket services. In her current role as director of CRM, Knowlan supports the Falcons by focusing on leveraging customer relationship management resources to improve fan engagement by working with the various departments on business and email marketing strategies.

Prior to joining the organization, Knowlan served as the director of season ticket services and retention for the Miami Heat of the NBA. She also worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands as the Manager of Guest Activities and in Miami at the Caribbean & Mexico corporate office as a sales and marketing coordinator. Knowlan graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis toward management. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
