College

Started 34 of 36 career games at TCU, recording 113 total tackles (63 solo) with 23 tackles for loss, 15.5 sacks, eight forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and four passes defensed. As a senior in 2012, was selected to the All-Big 12 first team after logging 26 tackles (15 solo) with 6.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. In 2011, was one of four players in the nation to rank in the top 10 in forced fumbles (5) and top 20 in sacks (9). Also led the team with 13.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks, five forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 2011. Added 55 total tackles (33 solo). Helped lead the Horned Frogs to the 2011 Rose Bowl and finish the 2010 season with a 13-0 overall record. TCU became the first school from a non-BCS confernce to play in the Rose Bowl (in the BCS era). The Horned Frogs topped Wisconsin, 21-19 in Pasadena. Earned second-team Freshman All-America honors from CollegeFootballNews.com and was a second-team All-Mountain West Conference selection in 2010 after posting 32 tackles (15 solo) with 2.5 sacks.

Personal

A Carrollton, Texas native, he was the District 6-5A Defensive Player of the Year as a senior at Hebron High School. Totaled 71 tackles, including 5.5 sacks, as a senior at Hebron. Also added over 20 quarterback hurries. Lead Hebron to the district championship, after an 0-3 start and became the first player in Hebron history to play at TCU. Born in Zimbabwe and lived there until moving to the United States at the age of nine. Grew up playing rugby prior to coming to the US.
