Earned second team All Mid-American Conference honors from Phil Steele and was named NIU’s Linebacker of the Year by the coaching staff after leading the team with 115 tackles (42 solo), two sacks and 10 tackles for loss in 2011. In four seasons, Schiller collared 239 tackles (91 solo), three sacks, 19 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, seven passes defensed and one interception.
