The Falcons don't have to play a game this weekend, but they don't have the entire week. For the players this week is about focusing on all aspects of their current game, instead of thinking about what opponents do.

There are not a lot of differences for the Falcons this season from the 2010 season, the last time they had the No. 1 seed in the playoffs. Many of the stats are the same and the roster is very similar, but it's the experience of the roster since then that perhaps gives them an edge.

Harry Douglas held down the punt returns in Week 17 for the first extended time all season. It was the first time he'd been back there regularly since his rookie season and he says he's ready again should his name be called.
