Nick Polk
Director of Football Administration
Biography
Nick Polk begins his fourth season as the club’s Director of Football Administration and eighth year overall with the team. From 2004-07, Polk served as the team’s Director of Football Operations. He works closely with General Manager Thomas Dimitroff on all contract proposals, negotiations and salary cap management. Polk also helps coordinate the Falcons compliance with the NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement and labor related issues. Prior to his current role, he spent three seasons with the Georgia Force of the AFL handing all aspects of football operations. Before working with the Force, Polk served as the Director of Football Administration before moving to the role of Senior Director of Football Operations for NFL Europe. He held coaching stints at Lock Haven University (Head Coach), James Madison, Brown, Delaware State and Southern Connecticut. Polk earned a degree in Health and Physical Education from Lock Haven University and went on to gain a Master’s degree in Physical Education/Higher Education from James Madison. Polk lives in Braselton, Georgia with his wife, Michelle and two daughters, Maddie (10) and Michaela (8).
