Biography
Kevin Winston begins his seventh season with the Falcons in 2011. Before his arrival in Atlanta, he spent five seasons with the New York Jets in the player development department. In 2008, Winston and the Falcons were the winners of the Outstanding Career Development Program, which focuses on players gaining exposure to business opportunities, interests outside of football and work in the community. He also oversaw an ‘08 rookie class that won the Rookie Class Commitment Award. Some of Winston’s responsibilities include helping players with career counseling, financial & family matters and post- football career options. He also coordinates alumni relations for the club. The NFL has honored Winston with the “most outstanding player development department” in 2003-04 in New York. Kevin and his wife, Dana have one son, Matthew Kevin.
