Biography

DeJuan Polk begins his sixth season with the Falcons organization and fourth as a Pro Scout. He is responsible for scouting all professional leagues, including 15 NFL teams and advance scouting. Polk also served as a College Scout for the Falcons from 2007-08, covering the Midwest Region and conferences such as the Big Ten and MAC. Polk started his tenure with the organization in 2006 as a Pro Personnel Assistant and helped the personnel department coordinating free agent workouts, maintaining the “short-list” and advance scouting of future opponents. In 2005, Polk served as the Defensive Tackles Coach at South Carolina State. He was a four-year letterman at defensive tackle for Clemson University during his collegiate campaign from 1999-2003.
