Biography

Debbie Knowlan enters her fourth season with the Falcons after joining the team in November of 2008 as the Director of Ticket Services. In this role, she is responsible for the dedicated service team to assist and personalize the experience for Falcons season ticket holders. Prior to joining the organization, Knowlan served as the Director of Season Ticket Services and Retention for the Miami Heat of the NBA, working in a similar capacity. She also worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands as the Manager of Guest Activities and in Miami at the Caribbean & Mexico corporate office as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Knowlan graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis toward management. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
