Was inactive for Week 1 at Chicago (9/11), Week 2 vs. Philadelphia (9/18), Week 9 at Indianapolis (11/6),Week 10 vs. New Orleans (11/13), Week 12 vs. Minnesota (11/27) and Week 15 vs. Jacksonville (12/15). Posted two tackles in first action of 2011 against Tampa Bay (9/25). Recorded one quarterback hit in a reserve role at Seattle (10/2). Saw time on special teams vs. Green Bay (10/9). Collared one special teams tackle vs. Carolina (10/16). Saw time on special teams at Detroit (10/23). Saw action on special teams vs. Tennessee (11/20). Saw action on defense and special teams at Houston (12/4). Saw action on special teams at Carolina (12/11). Saw action on special teams at New Orleans (12/26). Started his first career game at outside linebacker vs. Tampa Bay (1/1) and recorded a career-high three tackles (one solo).

2010 (FALCONS)

Saw action in nine games during his sophomore season competing primarily on special teams. Finished with six special teams tackles.

2009 (FALCONS)

Saw action in five games during his rookie season competing primarily on special teams. Finished with three special teams tackles.

2008 Season

Competed in 10 games and logged 17 tackles (13 solo), six tackles for loss and four sacks.

2007 Season

Played in 11 games, making the first five starts of his career. Finished with a career-high 52 tackles (27 solo), with three tackles for loss, one QB pressure, one sack, one pass defensed and one interception. Made the first start of his collegiate career at weakside linebacker against Oklahoma and played 39 downs and totaled eight tackles (four solo). Started at strongside linebacker and played 78 downs, making nine tackles (three solo), with one tackle for loss, one QB pressure and one pass deflection against Georgia Tech.

2006 Season

A reserve linebacker and special teams performer. Played against Florida State, Florida A&M, FIU and Duke. Saw his most action at Duke, 19 plays at weakside linebacker.

2005 Season

Played in six games as a true freshman, mostly on special teams. Saw his first action at linebacker in a 52-7 victory over Duke.

Personal

Attended Naples High School and was one of the top defensive prospects in the state. As a senior in 2004, made 11 sacks (four in one game) and 19 tackles for a loss. Didn't play organized football until high school. Rated as the No. 7 outside linebacker in the nation and No. 87 in the nation regardless of position by Rivals.com. Member of the PrepStar Top 100 Dream Team and the Florida Times-Union Super 75.
