Attended Parkview High School and was named a AAAAA All-State selection by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Totaled 21 catches for 385 yards and five touchdowns as a senior.
Following his senior season, was ranked as the top tight end in Gwinnett County.
Was also a three-year starter on the basketball team.
