Signed by the Falcons as a college free agent on April 26, 2010. He was later signed to the practice squad before he was signed to the Green Bay Packers active roster on September 14, 2010. Nance played in 12 games as a rookie, mostly on special teams, and posted 36 carries for 95 yards. He added three catches for 30 yards receiving. He was waived by the Packers on September 3, 2011.

PERSONAL

Attended Trinity High School in Euless, Texas and was rated as the No. 13 all-purpose running back in the nation by Rivals.com. His career prep totals included 341 rushes for 3,173 yards and 41 touchdowns.

Was the unanimous 2005 District 6-5A Offensive Player of the Years while earning 5A first-team all-state honors by the Associated Press in 2005.
