Falcons Move WR Davis to Active Roster

The Falcons made a move Saturday to bring wide receiver Drew Davis to the active roster and waive offensive guard Phillipkeith Manley

The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have signed wide receiver Drew Davis to the active roster and waived offensive lineman Phillipkeith Manley.

Davis, 6‐1, 205 pounds was signed by the Falcons as a college free agent on July 26, 2011. He spent the 2011 season as a member of the Falcons practice squad. The Denver, CO native caught 42 passes for 470 yards with three touchdowns in 2010 and helped lead Oregon to the BCS National Championship Game.

Manley, 6‐5, 309 pounds, was signed by the Falcons as a college free agent on April 30, 2012.
