On his way out to kick a field goal for the San Francisco 49ers, David Akers was met by Atlanta cornerback Asante Samuel. The two played together while with the Philadelphia Eagles, but rest assured, Samuel wasn't simply catching up on old times, he was rattling the kicker. Akers' kick was elevated high and had plenty of distance, but it ricocheted off the left upright, leaving the Falcons in the lead.
