Any transactions made concerning a season ticket account will be made only with the account holder. These transactions include, but are not limited to: changes of address, seat additions and deletions and seat location changes. Falcons season tickets are non-transferable (see two exceptions) and ownership of the seat location is not implied.

Your Season Ticket Account is a renewable, revocable license and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Atlanta Falcons. All account holders are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Falcons, the Georgia Dome and the National Football League. The Falcons retain the option to cancel an account or relocate seats assigned to an account for reasons including, but not limited to:

The Falcons retain the option to cancel an account for reasons including but not limited to:

Failure to meet payment deadlines
Violations of Season Ticket Holder Code of Conduct
Scalping or resale of tickets
Stadium construction and/ or reconfiguration of seating areas
Ownership disputes
Changes in Falcons Season Ticket policies

Your account number is of extreme importance in processing your account. For your protection, the Falcons will only discuss an account with the season ticket account holder of record. Please have your account number available when calling our office. In addition, all correspondence concerning your account should include your account number, daytime telephone number and signature.

The Falcons Ticket Office must be informed in writing of specific seat cancellations before the non-refundable date shown on invoices. Accounts canceling or deleting seats after the deadline will forfeit the seat deposit. Due to ticket printing schedules, cancellations cannot be accepted, nor refunds made, on Falcons season ticket reservations after the final payment deadline.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER CODE OF CONDUCT:
The Falcons want all Season Ticket Holders to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of game days at the Georgia Dome. All fans are encouraged to respect the rights of others by displaying proper etiquette.

The Falcons "Code of Conduct" applies to all Season Ticket Account Holders, their guests, and other fans attending home games. The "Code of Conduct" includes, but is not limited to, abstaining from the following:

Foul, obscene or abusive language or actions
 Fighting
Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the playing field or throwing any object onto the playing field
 Unruly or careless behavior
A level of intoxication that creates a disruption to the fans around you
 Indecent exposure
 Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
Smoking, except in designated areas outside the Georgia Dome

Violators will be removed from the Georgia Dome. Violations, by either an account holder or their guest(s), may also result in revocation of season ticket privileges.

TRANSFER OF SEATS
It is very important for the Falcons to protect and reward long-time Season Ticket Holders by allowing them the chance to upgrade their seat locations rather than allowing Season Ticket Holders to transfer accounts or sell them to third parties. Therefore, any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer season ticket privileges to third parties will not be recognized by the Falcons and may result in cancellation of all season ticket privileges.

The transfer of an account or seat location to any person or company is not permissible (see exceptions below) whether by request to transfer the account into another name or by an attempt to transfer the seat locations below by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors or any other means. Any court order directing distribution of season tickets to a person not listed as the season ticket holder, whether bankruptcy or otherwise, will result in the Falcons exercising its right to immediately withdraw the license represented by the tickets, including any season ticket renewal privileges, upon refund by the Falcons of all amounts paid for games that have not yet been played.

EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY ARE:
1. Transfers to a Season Ticket Account Holder's immediate family member (spouse, parent, child or sibling).
2. Company name changes (due to acquisition or merger) or transfers between company name and company owner.

Requests for account transfers based on these exceptions must be made by notarized letter from the season ticket account holder of record. Upon presentation of substantiating documentation and approval of the transfer, the seniority year will be retained when an account is transferred. When a partial transfer of season tickets is made, the seniority year will be retained in the original account and a new seniority year will be assigned to the new account.

Account transfers cannot be made after season tickets have been printed. All requests are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis. Requests for transfers will be accepted between January 1 and June 1. The Falcons reserve the right to approve or reject any requests at their discretion.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
It is important that you keep your address current on your season ticket account. Please notify the Falcons Ticket Office in writing immediately if you have a change of address. For your protection, address changes must be submitted in writing, be signed by the season ticket account holder of record and be accompanied by a copy of the account holder's photo ID. Please include your account number, day and evening telephone numbers and your e-mail address. Changes of address should be mailed to the address below or faxed to (404) 223-8088.

Atlanta Falcons Ticket Office
1 Georgia Dome Drive
Atlanta, Georgia 30313-1504

To protect each account holder, changes of address will not be accepted by phone. It is the season ticket holder's responsibility to notify the Falcons of any change of address to ensure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated ticket information. Tickets will not be forwarded by the post office.

DON'T BECOME A "MISSING PERSON" - You may view your account information and change your phone number(s) and e-mail address online by visiting www.atlantafalcons.com/tickets and clicking on "view my account information."

PAYMENT
Renewal invoices are mailed in February with a per seat deposit payment deadline in March. You may pay the deposit amount by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). You will be billed for the balance in early May.

In early May, a balance due invoice will be mailed to renewed accounts reflecting any changes made during the renewal period and any balance remaining on the account. You may also pay the balance due by check, money order or you may charge any balance due on your credit card by completing and returning the remittance portion of your invoice. The account must be paid in full by the date specified on the invoice, which is typically in early June.

The Falcons Ticket Office annually distributes over 60,000 season tickets. Be sure to meet your payment deadlines. Since tickets take time to process and print, the Falcons cannot be responsible for delays or payments lost by the U. S. Postal Service. Do not risk possible loss of your current seat locations or cancellation of your season ticket account. Once seats have been reassigned to another account it will not be possible to retrieve them. Payment deadlines will be strictly enforced. First class mailings are the primary means of communication with account holders and unless correspondence is returned by the postal service, the Falcons Ticket Office will assume that you have received all invoices and mailings.

You have three options for paying on your account:

PAY ONLINE - Pay quickly and securely online by visiting www.atlantafalcons.com/tickets. Your account ID is your season ticket account number and your password is listed on the front of your invoice.

MAIL PAYMENT - Return your payment and payment slip in the reply envelope provided with each invoice.

PAY IN PERSON - Pay in person at the Falcons Ticket Office (cash is accepted) located on the south side of the Georgia Dome between gates A and D. Ticket office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A $20.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.

SENIORITY/PRIORITY YEAR OF ACCOUNT
Every Falcons season ticket account holder is assigned a seniority or priority year which represents the year in which season tickets were purchased for the first time. Those account holders who cancel their account for a season forfeit their original seniority or priority year if they become a season ticket holder in the future. All seat relocations are considered in seniority year order.

SEAT CHANGES (REQUEST FORM INCLUDED IN RENEWAL PACKET)
SEAT LOCATION CHANGES
As a Season Ticket Holder, you have the option each year of requesting the relocation of the seats in your account. The request must be submitted with your renewal deposit prior to the due date on the renewal invoice. Requests are considered in seniority year order by the date received in the Falcons Ticket Office. Requests received after the renewal period has ended will not be considered. Seat relocation requests are not accepted online, via fax or phone.

Your request receives personal attention and everything will be done to try to accommodate you. However, the limited availability of seats and the volume of requests make it impossible to fulfill every request. Please consider the following when submitting a seat relocation request:

1. Only accounts with paid deposits will be considered for seat relocations.
2. All requests are reviewed in seniority year order by the date
received in the Falcons Ticket Office.
3. Relocation requests should indicate which prices and seating level areas are acceptable. To increase the chance of seats being available, the request should identify the largest possible area and all price categories deemed acceptable for relocation.
4. Requests must be signed by the account holder of record to be considered.
5. Requests to relocate are processed prior to any seat addition requests.
6. Multiple accounts requesting to be seated together must be submitted together with a request signed by each account holder. Seats, if changed, will be assigned based on the seniority year of the newest account.
7. The number of requests accommodated is limited to the actual number of vacancies that occur through cancellations. Most seat changes are usually small in nature because account holders with the most seniority (and thus, better locations) are the least likely to cancel their seats.
8. Combining seats from different locations will generally result in a compromise of the better location.
9. Tickets will not be separated in an account without the account holder's written permission.
10. If seats are available in the desired areas when your request is considered, seat locations will be changed and the previously held seats will be used for other relocations. Once a change has been made to the account, previous seats cannot be reclaimed. These changes will be made after the renewal deadline and the new seat locations will be listed on the balance due invoice which is generally mailed in early May. Due to the volume of requests, no other notification will be provided.
11. A seat relocation request must be submitted each year relocation is desired.

ADDING SEATS:
Starting in 2002, the dedicated support by Falcons season ticket holders has resulted in 51 straight sellouts and led to the creation of a waiting list of over 60,000 seat requests. As a byproduct of such patronage, season ticket holders wishing to add seats must add their name to the season ticket waiting list by visiting atlantafalcons.com and submitting a season ticket waiting list request. Season Ticket Waiting List

DELETING SEATS:
Written notification of the seats to be deleted must be provided by the season ticket account holder at renewal. You may deduct the appropriate deposit amount and your account will be adjusted accordingly. If deleting after the renewal deposit has been paid, please provide written notice and the deposit amount will be credited to your account balance. This must be done before the date identified in your renewal information and on your balance due invoice as the non-refundable date for deposit payments (normally mid-May). Seat deposits cannot be refunded after this date.

In order to maximize the use of seats in demand by other season ticket holders, the Falcons reserve the right to adjust your seat assignment when only a single seat is deleted or when a deletion would result in only a single seat remaining.

SEASON TICKET WAITING LIST
Due to overwhelming fan support, the Falcons established a Season Ticket Waiting List for the first time in franchise history during the summer of 2003.

After the annual renewal deadline for current season ticket holders (mid-March), seats are deleted from all unpaid season ticket accounts and the relocation of current accounts begins. After relocations for current accounts are completed in late April, seats still available are assigned in waiting list number order to members of the Season Ticket Waiting List.

After the balance due deadline (early-June), some additional seats may become available from account holders who do not pay their accounts in full. Seats that become available at this time are also made available to waiting list members. This process continues until season tickets are sold out.

Once all season tickets are assigned, waiting list members who do not receive a season ticket assignment for the upcoming season maintain their position on the list for the potential opportunity to purchase season tickets for the next season.

Each waiting list member is allowed to refuse one season ticket purchase opportunity and still retain their position on the list. Once a waiting list member declines a purchase opportunity for a second time, they are removed from the list.

If you have friends, family members or co-workers who wish to add their name to the Season Ticket Waiting List, please advise them to call the Falcons Ticket Sales Office at (404) 223-8444.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS
The Atlanta Falcons welcome fans of all ages. Please note, however, every child over the height of the turnstile bar (33" tall) must have a ticket in order to enter the Georgia Dome. Children that pass under the turnstile bar (while standing erect) do not require a ticket for entry.

LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED TICKETS
Your season tickets should be stored with your other valuable papers to safeguard against theft, loss or destruction. Lost tickets are not the responsibility of the Atlanta Falcons. Any business concerning lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be conducted only with the season ticket account holder of record who must present proper identification.

The Atlanta Falcons will, as a courtesy, replace season tickets which have been lost, stolen or destroyed under most circumstances. The policies regarding the replacement of tickets are as follows:

1. Tickets left at home on game day - Season ticket account holder of record must provide a deposit, equal to the value of the tickets, at the Falcons Customer Service Windows located between Gates A and D on the south side of the Georgia Dome. A lost ticket pass will then be issued for that day. The deposit is refundable upon return of original unused tickets in accordance with instructions issued with the lost ticket pass.

2. Stolen Tickets - Season ticket account holder of record must present a letter (notarized if mailed) explaining the circumstances of the theft accompanied by a copy of the official police report. These documents may be presented in person at the Falcons Ticket Office.

3. Lost or Destroyed Tickets - Season ticket account holder of record must present a letter (notarized if mailed) explaining the circumstances of the loss.

In the cases of stolen, lost or destroyed tickets (2 and 3 above), a deposit is not required if the procedure is accomplished prior to game day. On game days, the season ticket account holder of record must provide a deposit equal to the value of the tickets and the documents mentioned above to obtain lost ticket passes at the Falcons customer service windows. Deposits are refundable in accordance with the instructions issued with the lost ticket passes.

Tickets will not be replaced for any person not shown in Falcons records as the registered account holder. This policy is for the protection of all season ticket holders and will be strictly enforced.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Season tickets for physically impaired fans are available in the lower and mezzanine levels of the Georgia Dome. All accessible tickets are issued for an assigned location and will only be honored for that specific location. Based on availability, one to four accessible tickets may be purchased in one account. Additional tickets may be purchased and, although every effort will be made to provide seating as close as possible, the additional seats may not be adjacent to the accessible seats. Fans in wheelchairs must have a ticket for an accessible space to ensure that they can be accommodated in that area. If you need assistance or information regarding accessible seating, please call the Falcons Ticket Office at (404) 223-8000.

Season ticket holders with accessible seating who desire to give their tickets to someone not in need of such seating for a given game, or season ticket holders not in possession of accessible seating who desire to give their tickets to someone with a physical impairment for a given game, should notify the Ticket Office as far in advance as possible. If possible, arrangements will be made to provide appropriate alternate seating. Since the vast majority of home games sell out in advance, alternate seating may not be available.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING TICKET FRAUD
Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a physical disability or impairment for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating. The Falcons Ticket Office reserves the right to take appropriate action up to and including relocation, removal or season ticket revocation for accessible seating fraud.
