RENEWAL
The Atlanta Falcons strictly enforces renewal and payment deadlines. All communications will be sent either by first class mailings or email. The Falcons will assume that you have received all invoices and mailings and cannot be responsible for delays or payments lost by the U. S. Postal Service. Do not risk possible loss of your current seat locations or cancellation of your season ticket account. Once seats have been reassigned to another account it will not be possible to retrieve them.
PAYMENT
PAY ONLINE (credit or debit cards accepted*) - Pay quickly and securely online by visiting www.atlantafalcons.com/myfalcons . Use your season ticket account number and password to access your online account. In the event you have forgotten your account password it can be retrieved online and sent to the email address registered to your season ticket account.
MAIL (credit and debit cards, checks and cashiers checks accepted*) - Return your payment and payment slip in the reply envelope provided with each invoice.
IN PERSON (cash, credit and debit cards, checks and cashiers checks accepted*) - Pay in person at the Falcons Ticket Office located on the south side of the Georgia Dome between gates A and D. Ticket office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
*A $20.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks and declined monthly payments. Once your account is renewed, all monies are nonrefundable and your account can not be cancelled.
SENIORITY YEAR OF ACCOUNT
Each season ticket account is assigned a seniority year which represents the year in which season tickets were purchased for the first time. Those account holders who cancel their account for a season forfeit their original seniority year. All seat relocations are considered in seniority year order.
SEAT RELOCATION
As a Season Ticket Holder, you have the benefit each year of requesting the relocation of your seats or adding seats to your account based on availability from year to year. If requested seats are available we will automatically changed your seat location and the previously seats will be released and the original seats cannot be reclaimed. Due to the volume of requests, no other notification will be provided
Relocation and additional seat request form will be mailed with your renewal invoice and is due by the renewal deadline. Requests are considered in seniority year order by the date received. Requests received after the renewal period has ended will not be considered.
Each request receives personal attention and everything will be done to try to accommodate your request. Please consider the following when submitting a seat relocation request:
1. Only accounts that have renewed will be considered for requests to relocate or add seats.
2. All requests are reviewed in seniority year order and by date received.
3. To increase the chance of seats being available, the request should identify the largest possible area and all price categories deemed acceptable for your account.
4. Requests must be signed by the account holder of record to be considered.
5. Multiple accounts requesting to be seated together must be submitted together with a request signed by each account holder. Seats, if changed, will be assigned based on the seniority year of the newest account.
6. Combining seats from different locations will generally result in a compromise of the better location.
7. Tickets will not be separated in an account without the account holder's written permission."
8. A seat relocation request must be submitted each year if a relocation is desired.
DELETING SEATS
To delete seats from your account, written notification must be provided by the season ticket account holder at renewal. In order to maximize the use of seats by other season ticket holders, the Falcons reserve the right to adjust your seat assignment when a single seat is deleted or when a deletion results in a single seat in the row.
