Debbie Knowlan // Director of Customer Service

Debbie Knowlan joined the Atlanta Falcons in November of 2008 as the Director of Customer Service. In this role she is responsible for personalizing customer service dedicated to all Falcons season ticket holders. Prior to joining the organization, Knowlan served as the Director of Season Ticket Services and Retention for the Miami Heat of the NBA. She also worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands as the Manager of Guest Activities and in Miami at the Caribbean & Mexico corporate office as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Knowlan graduated from Indiana University with a BS in parks and recreation with an emphasis toward management. She resides in Atlanta.
Brian Chacos // Customer Service Executive

Brian Chacos joined the Atlanta Falcons in November 2008 as a Customer Service Executive. Prior to joining the Customer Service Department, Chacos worked in our Sales Department selling season tickets. Chacos graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006. While at Carolina, Brian played on the Tar Heel football team starting 4 years at left tackle. He has recently gotten married to the former Ms. Courtney Harris and they currently reside in Midtown, Atlanta.
Bridget Maddox // Customer Service Executive

Bridget Maddox became a member of the Falcons in November 2008 and brings eight years experience in the customer service field to the team. Prior to the Falcons, Maddox spent three seasons as a Guest Services Representative with Philips Arena. In her roll as a Customer Service Executive she is responsible for servicing accounts for Falcons’ Season Ticket Holders and enhancing their overall experience. Bridget graduated from Georgia State University with her BBA in Marketing. She is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Powder Springs.
Erika Shaw // Customer Service Executive

Erika Shaw joined the Atlanta Falcons in December 2008 as a Customer Service Executive. Prior to joining the Falcons, Shaw served as a contracted Public Relations specialist for GLUE, an Event Coordinator for the Susan Bass PR Group and also worked with two NBA teams: the Atlanta Hawks and the Memphis Grizzlies. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Shaw earned her degree in Sports Management from the University of Memphis in 2003.
