Shepley Heard

Shepley Heard begins his fifth season with the Falcons player personnel department and his second year as an Area Scout, responsible for scouting in the Southwest part of the country (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri). Prior to his move south, Shepley served as a scouting assistant in the pro personnel department in 2005 before being promoted to Pro Scout in the spring of 2006. As a Pro Scout, his duties included advance scouting future opponents, watching and grading free agent players as well as scouting the Arena and Canadian Football Leagues. Heard played safety and special teams at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1997 to 2001.
