Mark Olson
Mark Olson will begin his 12th year with the Falcons player personnel department in 2009 and his sixth season scouting the West for the team. Prior to joining the college scouting department, he served three years as a pro scout with the team where he was responsible for advance scouting, as well as evaluating players and assisting the club in its preparation for free agent acquisitions. Olson originally joined the Falcons in 1998 as a scouting assistant. His past experience has included stints with the Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings, and Montreal of the CFL. Olson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a degree in Journalism in 1996. He earned his masters degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota in 1997.
