Kevin Winston
Kevin Winston enters his fifth season with the Falcons after being hired by the club in 2006. Before his arrival in Atlanta, Winston spent five seasons with the New York Jets in the player development department. Last year, Winston and the Falcons were the winners of the Outstanding Career Development Program, which focuses on players gaining exposure to business opportunities, interests outside of football and work in the community. He also oversaw a 2008 rookie class that won the Rookie Class Commitment Award sponsored by Diet Pepsi. Some of Winston’s responsibilities include helping players with career counseling, financial and family matters, internships and post-football career options. During his stint in New York, Winston was honored by the NFL winning the “most outstanding player development department” in the 2003-04 year. Winston and his wife, Dana have one son, Matthew Kevin.
