Kim Shreckengost

Kim Shreckengost is Executive Vice President —Chief of Staff for AMB Group, LLC, the parent company of the Atlanta Falcons. She is responsible for communications and information technology at the Falcons, and holds similar responsibilities at The Arthur M. Blank Family Office, home of AMB Group and The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.    In addition, she is responsible for facilitation of the business activities of Falcons Owner & CEO Arthur Blank, family office operations and administration, the businesses’ aviation group and the operations of Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, a guest dude ranch, and the Pop Stand, a diner, both located in Montana.

Shreckengost joined AMB Group in 2001. Prior to her current position, she served as Vice President — Corporate Affairs & Executive to the CEO for The Home Depot. In this position, she was responsible for community affairs, internal communications, investor relations and public relations. In addition, she was responsible for CEO-directed activities across the company, including serving as a facilitator for business-related projects.

Before joining The Home Depot in 1996, Shreckengost spent 15 years with Delta Air Lines in positions of increasing responsibility. Those areas included operations and customer service, marketing, information services, methods and training, and finance. Prior to leaving the company, she was Director of Investor Relations and Assistant Secretary. During that time, Delta received four awards for excellence in corporate reporting and investor relations from the Association of Investment Management and Research. Shreckengost was also cited by Institutional Investor Magazine as one of the top investor relations officers in the country.

Shreckengost is a former working group member of the NFL’s Committee on Workplace Diversity. She serves on the board of directors of Golf & Tennis Pro Shop Inc. and the board of advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. A native of Wayne, Michigan, Shreckengost graduated with distinction from Wayne State University in Detroit, receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
