One of the most heralded prep receivers in the state of Arkansas, Anderson proved to be a very disruptive force for the Razorbacks on the opposite side of the ball. With his long arm reach, explosive burst, strength and size, he was a nightmare for opposing offensive tackles in unsuccessful attempts to keep him out of their backfield the last two seasons.
After starting 19 of 36 games at Arkansas, ranks sixth on the school's career record list with 17.5 quarterback sacks and is tied for ninth with 32 tackles behind the line of scrimmage.
Recorded 13.5 sacks which ranked third in the nation and led the Southeastern Conference. Ranked sixth on the team with 65 tackles (44 solo) and finished second in the SEC and 12th in the nation with an average of 1.43 stops behind the line of scrimmage per game. Registered 26 quarterback pressures, six passes defensed and one forced fumble. A consensus All-Southeastern Conference first-team selection.
Tallied 47 tackles (28 solo) with four sacks for -33 yards and ranked second on the squad with 10.5 stops for losses totaling 58 yards. Earned SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors versus Mississippi State.
Saw action in all 11 games as a true freshman, performing as a reserve defensive end. Recorded 18 tackles (12 solo) with two stops behind the line of scrimmage and a pair of quarterback pressures. Deflected one pass and blocked one kick.
Attended Parkview (Little Rock, Ark.) High School and was a standout wide receiver and defensive end. The Morning News rated him as the No. 19 prospect in Arkansas. Left as the all-time leading receiver at Parkview High history after eclipsing the mark held by former Green Bay Packers tight end Keith Jackson.
