Tour Stops
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Woody Dantzler, tackle Bob Whitfield, guard Kynan Forney, guard Eric Beverly and tackle Kevin Shaffer, along with several of the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders and Freddie Falcon made their final Caravan stop when they rolled into Savannah on Friday, June 25.
The Falcons met more than 200 local children at two stops including a local hospital, where Beverly, Whitfield, Freddie Falcon and a Falcons cheerleader visited with patients in the pediatric unit. The remaining players and cheerleaders led kids in agility drills, games and dance instruction at a local Boys and Girls Club.
A fan festival then followed at Memorial Stadium, where the players and cheerleaders signed autographs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Fans also had the opportunity to take pictures with Freddie Falcon, tour the Falcons Mobile Museum, purchase Falcons memorabilia from the Mobile Store and play interactive football games. Fans also had a chance to win prizes in the Delta Flying Feathers ticket tank.
The Falcons Caravan is presented by Delta Air Lines, Ford Motor Company, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, and MBNA.
