Biography


Jonas Beauchemin joins the Falcons as the team’s Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, after spending the previous three years with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Boston, MA. Beauchemin will be working closely with Director of Athletic Performance Jeff Fish.

Beauchemin specialized in professional hockey and NFL combine training during his tenure at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. He worked individually with athletes in baseball, tennis, basketball, rowing, rugby, football, soccer, hockey, and track and field. Beauchemin is also experienced in rehab and reconditioning programs. He has worked with clients on conditions ranging from knee injuries to degenerative disc disease. Beauchemin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

A native of Burlington, VT, Beauchemin is a graduate of Keene State (New Hampshire) College, where he earned his degree in Health Promotion and Fitness. While attending Keene State, Beauchemin was appointed to the position of Senior Fitness Specialist at the college recreation center. He also worked as a Student Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach within the Keene State Strength and Conditioning Program. Beauchemin designed and implemented the programs for various teams, including the 2006 field hockey team that won the Little East Conference.
