Russell Falcons Training Camp

The Atlanta Falcons invite youth ages 17 and under to experience Youth Week at Russell Falcons Training Camp from Saturday, July 26 to Friday, August 1 in Flowery Branch! Admission to training camp is free.

Here’s what young Falcons fans can expect:

Daily Youth Week Activities (open one hour prior to the beginning of each practice)

Falcons Fun Zone -- Throughout the week, kids will have an opportunity to participate in fun activities in the youth field area!
Kids Only Autograph Zone -- Young fans will have the chance to get autographs from Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders.
Look Like a Pro -- Kids will have an opportunity to view and try on equipment used by Falcons players during the season. Photo opportunities will be available as well, but you must bring your own camera. (Except Wednesday, July 30)

Saturday, July 26 (Gates open at 7:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.)
Show Your Spirit (Both AM and PM Practice) -- Each youth football player or cheerleader that wears their youth football jersey or cheerleading uniform/top/t-shirt will receive a mini-football or cheerleading pom pom prior to practice at the Atlanta Falcons youth tent.

Sunday, July 27 (Gates open at 7:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.)
Falcons Extra Point Toss (AM Practice only) -- Kids can test their hand-eye coordination to win some great prizes.

Jersey Frenzy (PM Practice only) -- Young fans attending training camp can register to win autographed Atlanta Falcons jerseys. Participants must register at the Atlanta Falcons youth tent to take part in the activity. Sign up to win a jersey from 2:45-3:45 p.m. Announcements will take place 15 minutes after the end of practice. Eleven random names will be drawn and participants MUST be present to win.

Monday, July 28 (Gates open at 7:30 a.m.)
Words for the Birds -- Kids will have an opportunity to decorate their own Atlanta Falcons coloring sheet and post special messages on a giant card that will hang in the Atlanta Falcons training facility for the players to see! Youth will also have a chance to show their spirit by leaving recorded “Words for the Birds” messages that will be posted on AtlantaFalcons.com. Each child that participates will receive a Falcons prize. (AM Practice only)

Tuesday, July 29 (Gates open at 7:30 a.m.)
Falcons Fun Grab -- Youth will have the chance to win great prizes if they dare to reach into special Falcons mystery boxes.

Gatorade Junior Falcons Training Camp -- Boys and girls (ages 7-12) can sign up to participate in their very own training camp. Falcons’ staff will lead this non-contact clinic designed to address the importance of fitness while emphasizing the fundamentals of football and hydration. The camp will be conducted from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Hog Mountain Sports Complex located across from the Atlanta Falcons Training Facility. Registration is limited to the first 100 participants. Only registered youth with signed waivers will be allowed to participate. Gates will open at 7 a.m. and the camp will run for one hour. Wednesday, July 30 (Gates open at 12:30 p.m.)
Back to School Jam -- This pep-rally for kids features live music and appearances by Freddie Falcon and the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. Youth will have a chance to participate in Atlanta Falcons trivia, a touchdown dance contest, and back-to-school quizzes. The first 500 kids will receive Falcons back-to-school supplies.

Thursday, July 31 (Gates open at 7:30 a.m.)
Falcons Fun Grab -- Youth will have the chance to win great prizes if they dare to reach into special Falcons mystery boxes.

Friday, August 1 (Gates open at 9:15 a.m.)
Falcons Fun Trivia -- Kids of all ages can win great prizes by participating in Atlanta Falcons trivia.
