FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- For the fourth time this season quarterback Matt Ryan is up for Pepsi Rookie of the Week honors. Ryan made it on the ballot after throwing for a career-high 301 yards and a touchdown (116.1 passer rating) in the Falcons win over the Chicago Bears.
He has been nominated for the honor after each of the Falcons wins this season.

Ryan led the Falcons to victory Sunday with a key 26-yard pass to Michael Jenkins with less than 10 seconds to play. The completion put the Falcons in field goal range and opened the door for Jason Elam's 48-yard game winner.
In the wake of the victory Ryan was praised heavily by media across the nation.
