FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – The Atlanta Falcons today waived tight end Martrez Milner.
Milner was originally selected as a fourth round (133rd pick overall) draft choice by the Falcons in 2007. He saw action in eight games last season, before being place on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
The Falcons return to the Georgia Dome to host the Kansas City Chiefs in a Week 3 meeting on September 21, 2008. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
