ATLANTA -- Notes and milestones straight from the Georgia Dome press box...
- Quarterback Joey Harrington finished with 262 passing yards in the first half against the Panthers, which marked the first time he logged over 200 yards in a first half in his career. Harrington’s previous high in a first half was 193 yards against Minnesota on November 19, 2006. He finished the game with 361 passing yards, his first game over 300 yards since October 22, 2006 vs. Green Bay (414).
- Harrington completed his first touchdown pass of the season on a 69-yard reception to wide receiver Roddy White. The touchdown reception was the longest of White’s career, topping a 55-yard TD catch he tallied against Cleveland last season (11/12/06). Harrington struck again in the third quarter, finding tight end Alge Crumpler on a 13-yard touchdown completion to put the Falcons ahead 17-10.

With seven catches against Carolina, White has caught at least four catches in three consecutive games for the first time in his career.
