The Ovie Mughelli Project
Founded: 2007
Mission: The objective of the Ovie Mughelli Project is to support underprivileged youth through education, health and sports initiatives, and will include the following:

Implementation of summer football camps and educational programs for boys and girls.

Scheduling of appearances throughout the year to visit youth in underserved educational districts.

Collaboration with other athletes to perform local community service and fundraising projects to benefit select youth programs.

As well as supporting community based youth organizations that address the health and social concerns threatening the lives of at risk youth.

DeANGELO HALL
DeAngelo Hall Foundation
Founded: 2006
Mission: To serve as a change agent, offering solutions and support to decrease and aid families impacted by violence.

In early 2006, DeAngelo along with his mother, Joan Hall, officially launched the DeAngelo Hall Foundation in tribute to his brother Kevin, who was gunned down when DeAngelo was 11 years old. The Foundation is committed to helping youth choose alternative paths to violence through self-empowerment, advocacy and the support of anti-violence programs. In addition to offering its own programs, The Foundation supports programs that provide awareness, advocacy and prevention and intervention services. DeAngelo is personally involved in the direction and operation of the Foundation and is committed to leveraging his status as a professional athlete to shed light on the issues, raise public awareness and inspire better solutions and effective strategies.
JERIOUS NORWOOD
Jerious Norwood Foundation
Founded: 2007
Mission: To partner with individuals and organizations in Mississippi to provide Mississippi’s terminally ill or disadvantaged children with outdoor experiences in a Christian environment, and to provide support for various philanthropic organizations.
