Q: How do I get in touch with a Falcons player?

Q: How do I get something autographed by a Falcons player?
A: The Falcons cannot accept fan-provided merchandise for the purpose of autographing.  Items sent to the Falcons will not be returned to sender.  There is a way you could possibly get autographs from players.  Each year at training camp (July and August) the team’s practices are free and open to the public.  Occasionally after practice, some fans will receive autographs from the players as they exit the field.

Q: How do I make a request for a charitable donation?
A: The Atlanta Falcons accept formal requests for the donation of Falcon memorabilia for use in charitable fundraising events. Due to the large number of requests the team receives on a daily basis, the Falcons are only able to accept requests from charitable, non-profit organizations and schools located within the state of Georgia.

If you wish to request a donation, please mail your request on official letterhead of the beneficiary to: Community Relations - Donation Requests - 4400 Falcon Parkway - Flowery Branch, GA 30542. Allow 8 weeks for processing of your requests. No phone calls please.

Q: When is the new regular-season schedule released for the upcoming season?
A: The National Football League usually releases the new regular-season schedules for each team in early April.

Q: How can I buy tickets to a Falcons game?
A: For season tickets and group tickets, please contact our ticket sales office at (404) 223-8444. For single game tickets, you may contact Ticketmaster at (404) 249-6400 or visit Atlantafalcons.com/tickets/. Please note that single game tickets may not be available for all home games.

Q: How can I buy tickets to a Falcons away game?
A: The Falcons do not sell any tickets to away games from the club's ticket offices. The best source is to contact the home team's ticket office.

Q: Can I watch the Falcons practice?
A: Fans can watch most practices during Falcons Training Camp, which will be held for the first time exclusively in at the team's headquarters in Flowery Branch, GA beginning in July of 2005. In addition, the team usually has Rookie Mini Camp during the week following the NFL Draft. See our Events page for specific dates and times.

Q: Can I buy a video tape of a Falcons game?
A: Due to NFL broadcast regulations, clubs are not allowed to make or sell video tapes of games for the general public. Each year, NFL Films produces a season highlight tape on the Falcons, which is available for sale on our online Team Store.

A: The Atlanta Falcons name and logos are copyrights of the National Football League. Individual NFL clubs - including the Falcons - do not have the authority to grant anyone permission to make and sell products incorporating NFL copyrights. Q: How did the Falcons get their name?
A: In August 1965, a contest was held which resulted in the nickname Falcons, a few of the avid fans even had come to blows in defense of what they believed their adopted team should be called. Several persons suggested the name "Falcons" in a contest, but a school teacher from nearby Griffin, Miss Julia Elliott, was selected as the winner because of her reasoning for the new name: "The falcon is proud and dignified, with great courage and fight. It never drops prey. It is deadly and has a great sporting tradition."

A: The Falcons do not hold any open tryouts for the team. All tryouts conducted by the football operations staff are by invitation only.
